Express Exchange is a Taneum EXCLUSIVEUnder this Service Contract, and excluding consumables, Taneum will provide a replacement unit no later than the third business day. User will move consumables to replacement unit, re-pack and ship failed unit back to Taneum with return shipping tag supplied. All shipping costs are paid by Taneum.
Under this service plan, Taneum will charge for labor and parts required for the repair.  An estimate will be supplied before any repairs are started, giving the customer the option to approve the repair.  No minimums apply, and there is no charge for the estimate.  All shipping costs are paid by customer.  Inbound shipments for repair must be packed in the original cartons or sturdy replacements, using bubble wrap to protect the unit.  NO PEANUTS!
All the manufacturers we represent offer on-site Service Contracts for those printers that require it.  These are purchased through Taneum, typically when the unit is installed, and renewed annually.  The Service Contracts are invoiced 90 days prior to the expiration date for the following year.  It is the customers responsibility to notify Taneum if they do not intend to renew.
